Patch contract book
Add Binance Wallet quote source
Source swapper/swapVerifier addresses and ABIs from @eulerxyz/euler-v2-sdk (pinned 1.1.1) instead of the hand-maintained contract book. - Add deployments.ts backed by the SDK's DeploymentService: fetch deployments once on startup and exit the process if unavailable (no periodic refresh, no hardcoded address fallback) - Import swapperAbi/swapVerifierAbi from the SDK; delete the local ABI JSONs - Remove contractBook.ts and its hardcoded per-chain address map - Migrate the live swap test to the scoped SDK 1.x API Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
