Some weapon mods do not categorize their Object Modifications correctly, resulting in them appearing on weapons that they shouldn't appear on. Just hovering over the upgrade entry for these rogue Object Modifications will result in a CTD, usually because the weapon lacks the appropriate mesh for it.
