What changed

The docs header Adapters menu (apps/docs/app/components/app/AppHeaderCenter.vue) listed 10 drain adapters. Grafana Loki and ClickHouse are added after Datadog, with the Simple Icons grafana and clickhouse icons and links to their hybrid pages. The menu now links all 12 drain adapters, matching the landing count.

This is the only file changed in this PR. The other items of the EVL-675 follow-up were already on main through #882 (cf3a43b): the Sentry status order in 03.sentry.md, the Loki and ClickHouse rows in packages/evlog/README.md, the evlog init catalog entries, the telemetry keys, the tests, the changeset, and the landing em dashes. Nothing else is touched here, and bench/ is not included.

• Docs header Adapters menu, local build: the production build of this branch (apps/docs .output, served on localhost) renders the Adapters dropdown open, with the Grafana Loki and ClickHouse links in the nav. The adapter links in the dropdown are the 12 drain adapters: Axiom, PostHog, Sentry, Better Stack, Datadog, Sazabi, Grafana Loki, ClickHouse, OTLP, HyperDX, File System, NuxtHub. A screenshot was captured locally; the Vercel preview screenshot is not yet attached (see below).
• Vercel preview: deployment dpl_BhFu3MCD9XvUuqGmCgFXsH5D1TwC (evlog-docs-e41mquvb3-hrcd.vercel.app) was still BUILDING about 12 minutes after the push. It has not been checked yet. A preview screenshot will be added when it is READY.
• Landing: LandingStats.vue shows 12 drain adapters, landing.md:242 reads "12 drain adapters, plug and play", and landing.md:303 reads "twelve drain adapters". Checked on the local dev server against the same content, not on a Vercel preview (the Vercel connection is bound to the docs project).

Verification

• pnpm run lint at the repo root: 25 of 25 tasks successful.
• apps/docs pnpm run build: exit 0 (cold, about 2 minutes).

The script fails on duplicates. Its negative control on an earlier run (a scratch copy with a duplicated Loki row) exited 1 with FAIL duplicate adapter row. That run also printed FAIL lines for files missing from the scratch copy, which is noise from the copy and not from the check.

No changeset: apps/docs is not a published package.

The docs site has a menu of the tools evlog can send logs to. It listed 10 of the 12, and the homepage says 12. This adds the last two to the menu, so the count matches.
