PyPI 0.3.0 predates the merged Cookie domain/path fixes (#28) and search pagination (#30). Prepare 0.4.0 so package users receive both changes.
Synchronize the Python version and lockfile, bundle/marketplace manifests, pinned runtime examples, and changelog. Runtime source and dependency versions are unchanged. This release targets PyPI; it does not publish a ClawHub bundle.
