Overview
Adds a Personalization area in settings where users can maintain a dictionary of names, jargon, and product terms (newline/comma-separated), persisted as
personalization_dictionary_termsand wired into STT keyword hints via shared parse/format helpers.The settings sidebar gains a Personalization entry; Lingui catalogs are regenerated across locales for the new UI strings (and line-reference tweaks for existing settings labels).
