Ok, I have made a deviation of my schedule to fix a couple of important issues:

1. Sometimes MTL translate some pieces (specially stutters, laughs, moans, etc.) as a very long sequence of characters. At the time I though this was a big problem, but not more urgent than any other MTL mess, so I decided to look at them as I encounter them. However as mentioned kichikuou/xsystem35-sdl2#57 It is very possible that a very long piece of text might cause some buffer overflow (specially since kichikuou's xsystem35-sdl2 is written in C and C's string management is very prone to have issues if you don't considere every special case, and this MTL translation is full of those). So as can be seen in 9e7d8e6 I have spent some time fixing every case where a very long sequence of characters appears. I hope this might fix the issues.
2. Minor fix on the text wrapper. I hope now text will wrap better.
3. Fixed the places banners. Now those are centered and not being wrapped.

Finally we are cooking!!!

I created a tool that helps me to manually check translations easily. You can see how everything improved, specially in this c171721 commit.

Specially long pieces of text. like the CG-scenes. That I had neglected to fix because it used to be very long, slow and tedious job are now improved.

Also this tool I made helps me with moans, screams and other similar expressions that usually breaks the MTL.

Currently I have only reworked the wakame files. I am still missing the Wime, Command, Phase, Region, Outsider, Yamamoto, City, Momo, Nako, Seinendan, and the files without grouping. I hope with this tool I will be able to do one of this every few weeks.

This change is so big, I am skipping the 0.4 tag to reflect that.

Also I'm adding xdelta3 files as requested on an issue. With the xdelta3 files, you may update the 0.3 → 0.5 .tar.gz files. If this is your first time, just use the .tar.gz files.

Translation wise, there is not that much to add. However I manage to improve the wrapping procedure in the recompiling process, now it takes into consideration punctuation to present a better wrapped text.
