In addition to some code cleanup and comments, the following last-minute features were implemented:

• auto-deletion of job output/assets after 24 hours
• .env file that controls some things (go look at it)
• Timebox validation checks for parameters that exceed 3 hours in length as discussed with Natalie
• made the switch to cloud-optimized-geotiff output being sent to the frontend
• fixed linter, linter still ignores NFGDA algorithm code
• added end-to-end integration test that runs on pull requests

@robertmcabee Made a very slight change to the API routes in app.py in /backend: "/APIs/" -> "/apis/" and I think I edited the frontend where necessary to accommodate, would appreciate your eyes on that though
