The latest release 1.0.7 introduced support for php 8.4, but the phar was not updated along with these changes.

I found this out while trying to fly launch and fly deploy a project that uses php 8.4 and got stuck building the image:

Error: failed to fetch an image or build from source: error building: failed to solve: failed to compute cache key: failed to calculate checksum of ref ob38lymgtvdj4m0ujqftafgg6::rum0cvkm09z5zjoc05rckh27x: "/.fly/php/packages/8.4.txt": not found
