Doc: Explain how to chain launch plans

Why are the changes needed?

We currently don't provide an example for launch plan chaining in the docs and users asked me about this.
See added example in flyteorg/flytesnacks#1783.

• I updated the documentation accordingly.
• All new and existing tests passed.
• All commits are signed-off.
