Something that was hard to see, but they were unifying UX issues, but seeing key issues such as creating a contact, a company, etc. are not the same in the CRM and Helpdesk.
What is the reason not to join forces and go copying these issues to generate a reasonable use of the apps (even if stand alone), take advantage of the efforts of another developer and win in terms of what frappe represents as a concept of usability?
Another example is the integration with ERPNext, I think we are all waiting to see the first move, now that it has been made from CRM, shouldn't it be as similar a concept as possible?
