Hey Gizem,

(I used AI to help me understand the error and generate this text)

I’ve opened a PR with the examples file. Dev tests and Ruff pass. The Production smoke test fails because the LiteLLM container won’t start: UnsafeMasterKeyError: no master key is set (LITELLM_MASTER_KEY missing in CI, image is litellm:main-latest). It looks unrelated to my change. Can you take a look and review the PR?

Cheers,

K

Hey @kmolepo ! Thanks for the PR, I'll take a look.

Regarding the failed smoke test: This happens because LiteLLM's main-latest image recently introduced the master key as a required parameter. This has already been fixed on main by pinning the image version: https://github.com/freva-org/climateclaw/blob/main/docker/docker-compose.yml#L84

Merging main into this branch should resolve the issue here as well:

git checkout main
git pull
git checkout context-and-examples
git merge main
# Resolve merge conflicts if necessary and commit
git push

Hey @gekinci

(again I used to AI to help understand the error write this...)

Thanks for the response. I merged main into context-and-examples and the LiteLLM error appears to be gone, but the CI now fails earlier, while building the Docker images.

Looks like Dockerfile.base creates the conda env with python>=3.13, which now resolves to Python 3.15. zstandard==0.25.0 has no wheel for it, so uv tries to compile it and fails with No such file or directory: 'gcc'.

Pinning Python to something like python>=3.13,<3.15 should fix it; but I leave that to you. I can merge main again once it's fixed. Let me know if you'd rather I open a small PR for it!

Hi @kmolepo thanks for bringing this to my attention! You're right about the cause of the failure. Python 3.15 was picked up automatically, which caused the dependency installation to fail.

I've already fixed this on main, so no need for a separate PR. Could you merge main into your branch once more and rerun CI?
