Create internal Pydantic BaseModel for system-level data models.

Motivation

Internal modules require a unified base model with strict validation and consistent behavior, separate from public-facing models.

Approach

• Create models/base/ module structure
• Implement InternalBaseModel in internal_base_model.py
• Add pydantic dependency
