This is not really a nice fix. It's just a search and replace for all createElement calls that adds htmlspecialchars everywhere These were the patterns executed: `createElement\(([^,()]+\,\s*)(\$([^,;()]+|\([^;()]*\))+)\)` `createElement($1($2) !== null ? htmlspecialchars($2) : null)`
