Software Engineer at @expo, based in Florianópolis, Brazil 🇧🇷. I work on the SDK team building libraries like expo-brownfield and Expo Orbit. I'm also usually part of the React Native releases team, with a soft spot for react-native-macos.
Most of my work lives somewhere between JavaScript and the platform underneath it: native modules, code signing, build infrastructure, and the occasional dive into things like lockdownd or itms-services:// that Apple would probably prefer nobody look at too closely.
- Entangle — a free, open-source remote mouse/trackpad for macOS, controlled from your phone. LAN-only, no cloud, no accounts. Built with React Native macOS + Expo, partly to prove the desktop story works for real apps.
I organize around the React Native meetups, train for long-distance triathlon, 3d printing, and reverse-engineer legacy hardware for fun — recent victims include Google Glass XE, Samsung Gear S3 and a Nespresso machine.
