What changes are you trying to make? (e.g., adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)
I completed Assignment 1 by writing SQL queries for all required questions in the provided SQL file. These queries cover SELECT, WHERE, CASE, JOIN, aggregate functions, temporary tables, and date functions. I also added an image showing the logical data model for the selected tables.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
I learned how to write and organize basic and intermediate SQL queries in SQLite. I also learned how to identify relationships between tables, use aggregate functions with GROUP BY and HAVING, work with temporary tables, and extract date information using STRFTIME.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
It was okay.
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
It was fine in general.
How were these changes tested?
I tested the queries in DB Browser for SQLite by running them directly against the provided database.
