Learning Management System (LMS) README Overview The Learning Management System (LMS) is a web-based platform designed to facilitate online learning and course management. This system allows instructors to create and manage courses, assignments, and quizzes, while providing students with a user-friendly interface to access course materials, submit assignments, and track their progress.

Features Course Management: Create, edit, and manage courses, including course descriptions, syllabi, and learning objectives. Assignment Management: Create, assign, and grade assignments, including online quizzes and exams. User Management: Manage user accounts, including instructors, students, and administrators.
