@lnicola do you think we should include something else in the release?
@weiznich this should also publish a new gdal-src version since the old one on crates.io is still 2.1. Is this what you need or do we need to bump the version of gdal-src, too?

For gdal-src it should be fine. The 0.4 version doesn't exist on crates.io so that's fine. For my usecase it's fine to have a new version that allows newer libsqlite3 versions as well.

I'd love to have more stuff, but let's release it soon. I'll try to update to 3.12.1 since it just came out.

do we need to bump the version of gdal-src, too?

I'd actually roll it back to 0.3.0+3.12.x, Since we never released 0.3+3.11.x.
