GEOS-Chem submod update: Reduce timers to essential list only

This commit informs the GCClassic superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

69ae58a1b Merge PR #2069 (Reduce timers to essential list only)

PR #2069 removes several GEOS-Chem Classic timers that were not being
used for benchmark statistics.
