Removed tag specification from .gitmodules

.gitmodules - Removed the "tag = GC_Interface" line. We only need to use the URL, as we will commit the hash that points to the most recent commit in the KPP-Standalone repo. Signed-off-by: Bob Yantosca <[email protected]>
