I do like VS Code! I have the Vue - Official extension as well as the ESLint extension (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dbaeumer.vscode-eslint)

The readme that ships with Vite recommends VS Code as an IDE. @ktuite, you like VS Code, right? If so, I think it'd be helpful to include the recommendation in our readme. Someone might visit the repo, but have limited experience with Vue and benefit from an IDE recommendation.
