Closes #591.

Add a recovery walkthrough to the README and its four translations. It shows how to inspect history, choose a readable version, roll back locally and push the restored value. It also explains metadata-only JSON, plaintext reveal, and what missing or unreadable history means.

The examples keep the same environment selected. The guide makes clear that rollback preserves old history and that pulling does not guarantee a version can be decrypted.

Validation:

  • python scripts/check-readme-i18n passed.

  • All 13 README checker tests passed.

  • git diff --check passed.

  • Syntax and behaviour checked against the CLI command definitions, history/rollback handlers and remote sync implementation at 07237e2.

  • No live history or secrets were accessed. CLI commands were not executed because Rust/wasm-pack is unavailable locally; translations are best-effort and welcome review by fluent speakers.

  • I signed off every commit (git commit -s / Developer Certificate of Origin).
