Speed profiling: Fix (hopefully last) set of non-printing characters

Add layout feedback sanity checks

- checks for all feedback distances defined in all blocks

- checks that feedback position in list for each block corresponds
  to the distance order in the block

- last check is in lieu of fixing code that assumes that list order IS
  distance order

BUG FIX:  Overlapping loco functions

- wait for delayed loco functions in a route script step to finish
  before activating any functions in the next step

- this can lead to inconsistencies in loco functions if one step
  turns a function off after a delay, but the next step turns it
  on straight away

- didn't report model # correctly

- distinguish between main / aux MS2s based on PING response
