Compared to the Compisited branch, this upgrades the idea of black-box materials for gsElasticity, according to gsKLShell (gsMaterialMatrixXX). TODO: - test linear material (see gsMaterial_test) - Fix NH material - test inside gsElasticity - Decide on MUESLI
