RETH_BOOTNODES and OP_NODE_P2P_BOOTNODES are already pre-configured in .env.sepolia but undocumented — this adds a README section explaining them plus a short troubleshooting checklist (peer count, required P2P ports, NAT/advertise-IP, snapshot fallback) for operators experiencing lagging sync.
