summary: add first draft of VoiceOver Targets style for people with low vision and/or color blindness. plus tweaks and fixes.

fix

• fix The Input crossing the top screen boundary on the primary screen (The Input position still overall wrong on other monitors for now. needs major revamp.)

improve

• prevent ⌘q to quit Wooshy when the shortcut is pressed when The Input is visible (that was pretty dumb to start with)
• improve overall UX when playing with the sliders in the Looks Pane (showing, disappearing, responsiveness etc.)

new

• add a first version of VoiceOver style for Targets, especially useful for people with low vision and/or color blindness
