In #113172, there were a bunch of compatibility bindings added for the changed methods, but there was one missing for get_handle_binary_image_mode(). This fixes the issue.

Thank you for checking this, but there is no issue to fix. This function was introduced in PR #109446 for Godot 4.6, so there is no compatibility breakage vs 4.5 if we change it for 4.6.
