This PR adds a
Get_Started.mdfile to provide a clear entry point for beginners who are new to this repository.The guide explains:
Motivation
The repository contains valuable research implementations, but new users may feel overwhelmed without clear onboarding instructions. This guide helps lower the barrier to entry and improves accessibility for students and AI learners.
