Updated langgraph version to 1.0.4.

Replaced jsonplus_serde with json for metadata serialization and deserialization.
Refactor create_databases and create_vectorstore functions to be asynchronous. Update database initialization and vector store creation to use async/await syntax.

Fixes: #372
