- Base grafana-v12.4.x = upstream b5f69c5, pinned by Grafana v12.4.1-v12.4.12
- Adds GrafanaAlertmanager.Mutes(labelSet): IDs of active silences matching labels
- Same patch as v0.0.4; used by grafana fork state history silence IDs
- Tag v0.0.7 on the merge result
