frontend: constants and probes being oddly sized

• On updating the bitsize of constants, the value isn't properly updated resulting in incorrect display.
• On connecting probes with values, the size doesn't update properly

also give probes a panel in the properties bar where you can read their output in decimal and in binary

also maybe add twos comp vs unsigned switch? Multiplier and Divider have a signedness property and so it owuld be nice to be able to switch btwn unsigned and signed decimal representations
