What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

Create two functions to set up when two words can be anagram by using string methods, conditional statement and logi statement.

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

How to run python script and the python syntaxe, especially functions, strings, variables assignment and manipulation of built-in function, local and global variables.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

No

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

How to encode the is_case_sensitive variable as input to correctly translate the boolean logic without outputting any bug.
I define as an optional variable with True as default value.

How were these changes tested?

I run the script directly into VS Code to assess the results with expected ones.

A reference to a related issue in your repository (if applicable)

A1: Complete

Great work!
For part 1, I would suggest to leave the output as a boolean value. Nonetheless, it is fine but may be best practice to reduce possibility of error by having it simplified.
