Great work!
For part 1, I would suggest to leave the output as a boolean value. Nonetheless, it is fine but may be best practice to reduce possibility of error by having it simplified.

Create two functions to set up when two words can be anagram by using string methods, conditional statement and logi statement.

How to run python script and the python syntaxe, especially functions, strings, variables assignment and manipulation of built-in function, local and global variables.

How to encode the is_case_sensitive variable as input to correctly translate the boolean logic without outputting any bug.
I define as an optional variable with True as default value.

I run the script directly into VS Code to assess the results with expected ones.
