@copilot Fix macOS compilation error

The macOS compilation error has been fixed in commit 482b1ad.

Root cause: On macOS 15+ SDK (Xcode 16.4), newer libc++ headers transitively include xlocale/_regex.h via the chain: <functional> → <vector> → __format/formatter_bool.h → ... → xlocale/_regex.h. LLVM 6.x's Regex.cpp includes StringRef.h first, which triggers this chain. When xlocale/_regex.h is reached, LLVM's regex_impl.h (which defines regex_t as llvm_regex_t) hasn't been included yet, causing the unknown type name 'regex_t' error.

Fix: In the "Setup LLVM project" CI step, a Python script patches Regex.cpp to prepend extern "C" { #include "regex_impl.h" } (guarded by #ifdef __APPLE__) before the LLVM ADT includes. This ensures regex_t is defined before xlocale/_regex.h tries to use it. The patch is idempotent and includes checks for file existence and the target string.
