NCCL examples from Official NVIDIA NCCL Developer Guide.
For exach example, please run Bash run.sh in the example's working directory. nccl binary can be found here: /nfs/scistore08/alistgrp/hramezan/nccl/build/lib. Example4 does not work right now.
