Bump plugin version to 1.0.1 - #30

Claude Code keys plugin updates on plugin.json's version, so the manifest fix in #29 never reached installs pinned to 1.0.0. Bump it (and the marketplace metadata version) so `claude plugin update` and version-based update processes pick it up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
