Although not a result from this PR, /docs/ai-sre/runbooks/integrations/servicenow page has an overuse of lists and bullet points (I counted 20+). Since this PR has been approved by the SME, my only feedback is for the https://github.com/harness/developer-hub/pull/10865/files#diff-7f0fe58b910f36a57698c78bef5362eba9bf25d976f0b3b461968e945fae0bcc image size. Please consider updating /docs/ai-sre/runbooks/integrations/servicenow page via a future PR to swap some of the list items with paragraph.
