This PR refactors the BetterCSVStorage class for improved readability and maintainability.
The methods have been rearranged in a logical order, ensuring consistent spacing and structure.
Additionally, a new method append_list_csv(), write_list_csv(), append_dict_csv() has been introduced to support appending list data to CSV files — without relying on any external modules.
