Add general channel

When browsing through the general channel, I've seen many product questions, so I think we should track it too.

I agree that we should expand the channels. However, the three in the script currently utilize threads, whereas General (and other channels) can utilize messages. I'm not 100% confident of the difference in behavior, especially with respect to the script.

Have you tested this using the development steps in the README? If not, you should go through those steps first and verify the behavior is as you would expect.

@robertjdominguez oh, I wasn't aware of that and I didn't go through the development steps. Based on this message, I assumed it was as easy as just adding the ID to the array :)

We can leave this for later then if it's too complicated. @TristenHarr can you look into this and think about if it's necessary to add this and other channels or if you just want to do this check on Discord itself?
