Not able to retrieve transactions

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with the issue below. Both with the REST API, as well as helium-js, I'm getting empty responses to the following call:

https://api.helium.io/v1/accounts/139Gn7kVZdxSmxvz5oED5hcWaQKdSp5zB4NGtxeGmowTqJtbvCG/roles?filter_types=payment_v1,payment_v2

However, from the Helium explorer, I should be one Payment for this account..

What am I doing wrong?
