New optional arguments were added to the command line interface:
--subplots(-s): Display different graphs in different panels--progress(-p): Get progress (current timestep and total number of timesteps of current partial log) in the figure title--live(-l): Plot graphs in real time. Setthermo_modify flush yesin LAMMPS script to flush consecutivelyI don't know if you want to merge this with the master branch, but the functionality may be useful for others.
