method1：

Create start.bat at game folder(like the folder which have genshinimpact.exe or)

china：

YuanShen.exe use_mobile_platform -is_cloud 1 -platform_type CLOUD_THIRD_PARTY_MOBILE

global ：

GenshinImpact.exe use_mobile_platform -is_cloud 1 -platform_type CLOUD_THIRD_PARTY_MOBILE

method2:

it is not useful so I del it
