Adds Google Ads Keyword Segmentation to the Agent Skills section.

A Claude Code skill that transforms raw Google Ads Keyword Planner exports into campaign-ready structures — filters irrelevant keywords, segments into 10-15 campaigns, marks top recommended keywords, and generates formatted Excel workbooks with phased strategy reports.
