Adds Skill Dock by yen0304 to the IDE Integrations section.

Skill Dock is a local-first agent skill manager for VS Code / Cursor. It lets you browse, create, edit, and import agent skills across Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and 20+ AI tools.
