Checked the forms against the tree at the PR head; this looks correct to me.
- Command dropdown matches the
switchinsrc/cli.ts:600-628(attach,check,sessions,watch,prompt,add,list,sightings;ls/helpare aliases/meta and reasonably omitted). --clioptions match the help text atsrc/cli.ts:39,63;--json/--verbosereferenced by the bug form exist (src/cli.ts:44,60,68).- The five
Expected categoryvalues match theExcuseCategoryunion insrc/types.ts:16-20, and the README anchors#the-5-excuse-categories/#auto-learningresolve to headings atREADME.md:270,282. engines.node >=20(package.json:50) backs the Node 20+ note. The threeconfig.ymlcontact links return 200.- All four files parse as YAML. Nothing under
src/orpackage.jsonchanges, so the changelog guard correctly stays out of the way.

) * test: pin issue forms to the CLI surface and validate their schema The issue forms added in #298 list subcommands, --cli values, excuse categories and README anchors as literal dropdown options, but nothing in CI read them. GitHub validates a form only when a user opens the chooser, so a schema error drops the form silently and a renamed subcommand or new category leaves stale options in place. issue-forms.test.cjs runs under the existing test:workflows step with no new dependency and asserts the forms against src/cli.ts, src/types.ts, package.json, README.md and the files config.yml links to.
