Target tracking for drones with image detection

This is a project in which a Parrot Anafi is to land on a red target using image processing techniques. Code in basic_examples from Parrot Olympe developers and provides background and essential tests before performing tracking code. Drone moves to red target using MoveBy function. Working on using pcmd_piloting for duration
