generator.py finds and maps all the actions available on the ROS_PACKAGE_PATH automatically. Make sure that the ros1_bridge workspace is also on the path before generating.

Note: scripts/init.py is a copy-paste of ros1_bridge__init__.py . Would eventually merge generator.py and __init__.py

TODO: ActionBridge architecture needs to be modified to handle the generated code.
