👍🏻 not sure if we want to add Node 18 too but I can get behind removing Node 10 and it being a follow up PR

@kadamwhite I'm noticing node: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version GLIBC_2.27' not found (required by node)
type failures on Travis for some of the CI matrix,nodeandlts/*` particularly, are these blockers? Or Travis specific failures?
