Release 0.1.3

This is the first release in nearly a year. As such, there's a number of major changes.

Summary of Changes

• remarkable is no longer included or supported
• unified with remark-parse is now supported for markdown to html string
• additional loader option preset is now available if you want to provide unified presets
• Update dependencies
• no longer need to use render in fencing to highlight syntax
