Debian

Debian has a very multi step packaging process where you:

Ubuntu

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hyfetch

https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/hyfetch

Other

  • A deb can be provided, the same one that will eventually end up in repos.
  • Debian wanted to have neowofetch and hyfetch be separate packages. So both are built from this repo and share a control file. This means they will always use the same version number (1.4.10 at time of writing), so Debian neowofetch will not match the neofetch version tag in this repo.

The package was accepted by Debian Masters, so now it'll be added to their FTP servers and become available on Debian Unstable soon.
