✨ Add Malagasy (mg 🇲🇬) Locale Support for Day.js
Overview
This PR introduces full support for the Malagasy (mg) locale in Day.js. It includes:
✅ Full translation of months, weekdays (long, short, min)
✅ Date and time formats
✅ Relative time strings
✅ Week config
✅ Calendar support

A comprehensive test suite has been added, covering:
Motivation
We are actively using the Malagasy locale in multiple projects via extended packages. To ensure consistency and long-term maintainability, we would like to contribute this locale officially to Day.js.
