Added a complete Chinese version of the README document (README.zh-CN.md)
Translated all major chapters, including:
Project introduction and features
Quick Start Guide
Working principle description
Usage Examples
FAQ
Contribution Guidelines, etc.

Localization Improvements

Maintained the original document structure and format
Use expressions suitable for Chinese readers
All technical terms are kept accurate
Updated the contribution guide link to point to the Chinese version

test

Checked the validity of all links
Verified the format of code blocks
Confirmed the correctness of the image and video links

This will help Chinese developers better understand and use the GitMCP project.
